This study explores the relationship between organisational culture and total quality management (TQM) implementation in Australia, with purpose of identifying particular that dominants Australian construction industry, distinguishing which cultures determine successful TQM. Although application competing values framework (CVF) for evaluating (OC) industry has been studied by some scholars, research into OC its impact on TQM procedures connection to CVF project-based industries such as received less attention. Thus, this intends regarding industry. The methodology used validated assessment instrument (OCAI) frame OC, practices identified from literature review. An online questionnaire was distributed through Qualtrics, whereby 42 valid responses representing various organisations Australia were analysed IBM SPSS Statistics 26 endorsing k-means cluster analysis, analysis variance. findings support are dominated market external focused according classification.
